hey is bad for my spiritual health to drink alittle alchohol on occasion to make me feel better? im not talking about 'drunk' im just talking about alittle tipsy.

Booze is an strong acid that literally strips this charge away causing the red blood cells to clump together and slowing done the flow of oxgeny to brain.   That is your "tipsy" feeling, also if you are drinking to feel better you are creating a psychologically dependence on alcohol now that could fuck you over later on.   A round of breathing exercises will have you feeling better and advance you spiritually.

Nah not at all. It's only addiction which is a sign of poor spiritual health. And addiction is a symptom of poor spiritual health not the cause.
I find a little bit of alcohol before meditation helps me relax and meditate easier personally.
