I am going to edit this down and not go into specifics about my drug use (which was extensive and lasted years) cause i think thats why this wasnt approved but I need to talk about this so i will try atain yes I didnt start using substances before Neptune went in the first. Also my Ascendant is 25 Aquarius I wonder if that's why I had so many problems with alcohol and related things (drugs that use the same neruo pathways as alcohol) anyways neptune didn't help this and I also feel less grounded and more spacy and dreamy. I have too much empathy and get taken advantage of quite a bit this didnt happen before this neptune transit. Since Pisces is intercepted in my first house my my neptune doesn't leave first house till the middle of Aries. I had plenty of problems related to my natal neptune placement as well. Since it's in the 11th house i attracted plenty of times drug users and those who are unreliable or neptune like usually in a bad way. Any advice I do not currently use street drugs and rarely use alchohol.

Anyways my second question is I had something happen with an enemy attack and I seem to have lost the ability to feel most emotions I can sometimes feel sadness laughter or anger certain times but not strongly and it's random. What can I do meditation wise to fix this. I tried invoking water several times and that didn't help much.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and Hail Zeus.

Greetings!

Have you studied this Sermon by High Priestess Lydia, 'Managing (and Mastering) a Prominent Neptune'?

It would not be good to do any invoking of the elements, or generally 'energy raising'-type power meditation (in my opinion), at this stage of your healing (potentially further imbalancing you). The Sermon above recommends physical exercise and hatha yoga ~ very healing practices and could also be grounding for you and bring you back 'into' your body (as opposed to the dreamy and spacy feeling you described).

For emotional awareness, you can try this:

https://templeofzeus.org/Self_Observation_Meditation.php ~ I like that this specifically emphasises observing your thoughts, not engaging with them or getting lost in them. Journaling pen-to-paper is along a similar avenue and I highly recommend it for anyone undergoing healing and feeling like you do not currently trust your mind.

If it's an option for you, you could seek counselling/therapy for your experiences to learn good coping mechanisms and developing healthy boundaries.
