Instead of doing the foundation medetacion. I supposed to do the Hatha Yoga exercise.lost with this Hatha yoga I supposed to do all the exercises or which one I supposed to start.lost on this please need help " thanks for your advice".Hail father Satan!!!

Your questions does not make sense...... i am assuming your asking about the Hatha Yoga pdf. You can find it in the *files* section of the main JoS yahoo group. Also you can find it in Satan's Library If thats not what you were asking i am sorry but your going to have to word your question better.

The 40 Day Meditation Program says to do hatha yoga instead of the foundation meditation. You can do both hatha yoga and the foundation meditation if you want to.
