Im in my 20s, I have so many cringe memories in my past that I can’t left behind. I think about other people all the time, the things I’ve said, the things I did. I care about other people’s judgment and I hate being like that. But my brain just works like this right now. All I think is the past, other people’s life right now, the things I did, the things I said etc. Instead I want to be in the moment, be happy at the moment, be creative and productive. I want to be able to focus on myself and what I do. I can’t do, these useless thoughts just come to my mind all the time. 
I don’t want to live like this, I can’t.. I need to somehow fix this. You will recommend me void meditation probably but I don’t really feel like that helps to me with this, maybe I didn’t do it long enough idk, how long do I need to do that to see actual changes? Are there other things that I can do?
