Off they scudded to a nearby lake, determined to drown themselves as the most miserable of creatures.

A shoal of frogs seated upon the bank, frightened at the approach of the hares, leaped in the greatest alarm and confusion into the water. "Nay, then, my friends," said a hare that was foremost, "our case is not so desperate yet, for here are other poor creatures more faint-hearted than ourselves."

Exercise for restoring proper blood flow


Cold hands & feet many people think this is a normal thing, so did I in the past. Yet it can have detrimental effects on your health in the long run. Receding hair line which is common for men also finds its roots in poor blood flow. Every aspect of your physical body is ruled by blood circulation, no blood flow = death.

Blood circulates oxygen & nutrients to every part of your body, once this flow gets disturbed problems will arise, eventually death will follow. A receding hair line is a good example here, it can be hard for blood to reach the scalp, poor blood flow = less oxygen & nutrients, also by-products created in and around the scalp will not be removed effectively. This buildup & strangulation of necessary nutrients will slowly kill the scalp & hair.

Blood flow is not the only driver, poor Bio-electricity quality/quantity & circulation also has a big influence here.

The exercise below has done me very well, I used to have cold hands & feet all the time for the majority of my life. While doing this exercise you may see instant improvement depending on the usage, permanent improvements may need months to years of consistent work. I permanently fixed the problem of cold hands & feet, however it took 6 to 18 months.

For this exercise I will take cold feet as an example, you can change the exercise to fit your needs.

Exercise:

1. get into a relaxed state, sitting or laying down can be very helpful especially when its your first time.

2. Clear your mind and actively take your consciousness to your legs.

3. Visualize & use intent doing the following:

A. Relax the muscles, letting blood flow uninterruptedly.
B. Visualize & "feel" the blood flowing through the leg, heating up the surrounding area.
C. Slowly move your consciousness down towards the feet & repeat the above.
D. To aid you can take something warm (like your hand) and put it on your feet to help understand what it is that you are trying to feel/invoke.

4. Do the above however many times you want in a row, overdoing this can however cause excessive sweating.

You are working with the energies (bio-electricity) while doing this exercise, one thing that should be remembered:
Where energy flows > Blood follows.

- Energy work, like restoring proper energy flow can be a great precursor to this exercise.
- The above mentioned problems can have many different causes, stress, poor diet & physical inactivity can all have a big influence on it, so I recommend taking a look at these things as well.

Greetings to you Blessed Family of the Gods, i wish to share something with you all. If you are one of those people who are still conforming or allowing your self to be put in a "box" so to speak, then it is time to stop. You see many know this, but some who are new and may not. The way society is structured, is to keep everyone down as well as keep power in the hands of a select few. They do this through religion, advertisements, political structures, you name it, all so to keep everyone either fighting amongst themselves which keeps them unquestioning and thus leads to them being so caught up in aggression that they never realize they are being played and controlled. Then you have the "religions" they use fear to scare those who are lack of a better word unintelligent and easily led like cattle, by stating that those who do not follow the lie that being "jewsus" or "jallah" that they will suffer for eternity. Then they also have these unfortunately unintelligent people giving all their money to them, knowing damn well that the cost of living is so high that others are barely surviving. this is a huge sign of the evil right here. Then we move to the advertisements, Brands brands and more brands. They prey upon people with subliminal advertising and the data they collect to not only create specific ads for people that they know will work, but to also use this money and funnel it into their malicious intentions for everyone. What i am getting at with this long post is that if you don't analyze things in your perception and become introspective that you too can potentially fall prey to this garbage if you are new and thus perpetuate the cycle of control that this evil continues to propagate. To finish this and circle back to the beginning, do not allow anyone to ever limit you with labels, anything that sounds like a label is part of the system designed to keep you conformed and thus this can and does subconsciously effect you to the point where you might even start to believe the nonsense others try to say to you if it is in a negative manner. Be blessed Family.

Good day, brothers and sisters. I’ve been thinking about sharing a few thoughts with you. For some time now, I’ve been reflecting on how to improve myself and advance. Our family and community are a powerful impulse and a strong means of raising our standards.

For a long period, I took part in rituals and practiced meditation, but I somehow felt that I couldn’t open the door toward what I truly desired. I felt like I wasn’t doing enough, even though I know that every effort, no matter how small, is appreciated.

Having access to this information on the forum—just thinking about it makes me realize how privileged we are compared to other people, having the Gods on our side.

What truly opened the door for my personal development, and what I feel to share with all of you, was participating in the collective rituals performed on the Vultus Templorum platform. Until now, I felt like I wasn’t doing enough, and maybe I couldn’t find the strength to do something meaningful.

And now I want to ask you something. What could be more beautiful and powerful than our synchronized efforts? The power of the people of the Gods, heralds of the golden age, pillars of resistance in this world! OUR FAMILY, TOGETHER, AT THE SAME TIME!

Since becoming active on our online platform, I no longer feel alone. I see so many people (in real time) who think like me, who are like me, and from whom I have so much to learn. It is the fuel I need to accelerate my spiritual advancement.

Christians and others gather in their churches in large groups, so the andrapods can synchronize under the influence of a destructive program? And us? A zevist who is worth 10,000 normal people? Imagine the effects that the Rituals of the Gods will have on our world through our synchronized efforts.

I didn’t want to say this, but I will tell you, I generally don’t like to brag. Greetings I'll start an article series for food and drinks. Consumables. I have accumulated quite a wide range of knowledge by researching and experiencing, as I have been always obsessed with giving my body the best, and completely getting rid of the poisoning we have in our foods due to some small hats.

I'd like to drop a knowledge drop here in advance which I'll expand on later in the articles.

-Drinks:
Raw milk and mineral water are the bests. There are also supplements you can add to distilled water or filtered tap water but more about this later. Never drink or cook with tap water they have a ton of toxic stuff in them. Raw milk is the most healthy fluid given by the Gods and never had problem with it, more about the history of milk pasteurization later.

-grains:
The type of wheat they use today is like a mutant zombie ork out of Chernobyl. Your body can't recognize it as food, can't use it and will only inflame your body. Plus they add all the additions to it and it becomes basically the most deadly thing you can eat. Bread was a holy food in ancient times, they used Einkorn wheat and most likely made whole wheat sourdough bread. This is what I recommend to make yourself at home. If you can't make it sourdough whole wheat is still better than let's say toast bread. Never buy toast bread these tend to be the worst of the worst.

With that, I'm sorry for the Italians but commercial pastas are also horrible.

White rice is also not that good, I recommend brown rice or bulgur. Whole wheat things have much more nutrients in them. Non-whole grain things are completely alien to the ancient world.

-The most important foods:
While there are doshas, which I'm not very knowledgeable yet about (will learn it for the article series) a very important pillar of a diet and I think be it any dosha are animal-based foods.
The below would be way more than enough to live off of, each of them being a nutrient bomb. They are essential for everyone to eat.

-raw or slightly cooked liver
-red meats
-raw or slightly cooked egg (the yolk shouldn't be cooked)

The White Vedas had a beef heavy diet.

-Snaks:
The commercial snacks are way more unhealthy than anyone thinks and I do not recommend eating them under any circumstances.
You can eat dates especially and other fruits if you like sweets. Honey with a little raw milk taste exactly like a retro Hungarian lollipop. Student-snacks (idk if these exist elsewhere but here these are packages with different peanuts, dates, such) are okay.

2024's yule Thoth ritual with Priest Alexandros was like one in a lifetime ritual, something I would be completely satisfied with if that was the only ritual that I could have done in my whole life.

It completely upgraded my mental faculties, I gained much better understanding, it opened parts of my mind and did such deep things I still don't know exactly, just saw the effects instantly. It's like my mind went from dimension 4 to 8, elevated to a whole different level.

This was really reaching up to the level 3 experience.

And let me tell you the obvious here is that this ONLY happened because of Priest Alexandros. I would be a no one right now without Him. When we do rituals together with higher beings, the Gods manifest for us more, like for them. We get connected and the Gods will come to us as if we are one.

On 24's yule Priest Alexandros prayed intensively on our behalf, plead and begged Lord Thoth to come to us. And so He did. I'm sure and as I've read the others' testimonials, everyone had a very high level experience.

After all this Lord Thoth also gifted us with a meditation that is essential for opening and using the 3rd eye. It is also coded into the ritual sigil and should be done after His ritual. The combination of his ritual and this meditation is exceptionally powerful, as Priest Alexandros said it is enough to open the 3rd eye completely especially if you do the ritual together with beings like Priest Alexandros.

Some words on nutrition:

It's a known fact that overeating is bad for one's health, and that digesting lots of food all the time is very taxing on one's body. A lot of energy goes in this process, but not only physical energy, also spiritual energy, Vril.

If overeating is a habit of yours, once you quit, you will notice your spiritual energy increasing, since you won't be wasting it on digestion as much. This is one of the reasons why it's always recommended to be moderate with food.

You will also enjoy more mental clarity. Your brain will function better and so will your body. The improvements will be noticeable.

Eating good, high quality food is important because it will greatly increase your health, and you will benefit mentally, physically and spiritually. There are levels to health. Just because you're not sick, it doesn't mean you are as healthy as you can be.

By eating properly, with moderation and having good habits in general, you will be much better in every area of your life, I cannot stress this enough. With time, you will notice serious improvements.

Greatness is of those who consistently choose boredom and apparently 'underwhelming' discipline over 'shiny' distractions and temptations.

Here is an example of a monthly balance sheet I thought of while making my own, I hope this helps someone with their finances:

*Accounts that auto invest in dividends are those that generate positive fees even if minimal where you can withdraw/pay with card if needed at any time, that's the only place to let your money "doing nothing", and where I put the minimal amount - only for daily necessities and emergency, and don't count as an "investment"
*Assets make money, Liabilities always spend money (example: a house that you can't sell in time, you spend so much money keeping it and paying taxes that even if you sell it, there won't be profit)
*Money that is not put in Assets (and specially invested), is always being lost.

Interestingly enough when you look directly at the clouds in the sky they are a direct physical representation of Wisdom being surrounded by "fog".

This is a serious question I have, so please don't laugh at me.
But if you hug and kiss a person of another race, does that count as race mixing?
I mean technically the auras of both people are in very close contact...
I'm just a bit nervous, that's all. Maybe I just need to calm down and not overthink, but this is something I have been thinking about.

While meditating on the Sigil of Janus today, a vision of a large, graceful Elephant popped into my mind's eye. This immediately reminded me of Lord Ganesha, the Elephant-Headed God, who is another form of Lord Janus, of course, but also made me realize something more profound. The Elephant is such a wise, graceful, and peaceful animal, an animal that has deep, sensitive feelings and enjoys listening to various kinds of music, especially classical music. However, when an Elephant is angered or feels threatened, it is one of the most warlike animals imaginable and will trample everything in its path.

The Elephant really has two faces: a face of peace and a face of war.
