Of course Israel wants to develop it. Despite being a futuristic concept highly unlikely of coming into development anytime soon. A lesser variation does exist in the form of radio frequency with xtian/muslim stations repeatedly reading saying their bullshit. We may not be able to directly hear it, or translate it, but it's there.
