Invoke all the elements in one session? Or should I rotate one for each day or should I spend some time invoking one element for a while?

I've done all in one session before, I had a trippy experience that I tried posting about over a year ago but I was still on mod and the message got lost. I had written paragraphs about the beauty of that experience lol. I think I did 20 breaths of each, one after the other.

If you're new with the elements, do a different one each day for a while, and then work mainly on the ones you are lacking in. I'm lacking in earth and air, so I invoke Askasa (as a primer) in the morning and follow with Air, and then I invoke Earth at night when I go to bed after any other meditations I do, and it helps me sleep lol. And over the summer when it was hot, I was evoking Water a lot when I was outside, just holding it around my skin to cool down, and now (winter) I'm doing that with Fire when I'm outside. Do different techniques to become a master of the elements :)

Interesting. When you worked yourself up to 20 breaths, did you do it as franz bardon describes? By increasing the number of breaths by one? I like doing it where I do each one at a different time in the day but doing them consecutively is more convenient. I'm still doing only seven breaths of each.

I would suggest reading the site and determining which one you lack,or better yet which one you have to much of,and then breath that element in.Be careful not too breath too much of anyone element.Use wisdom in how much you do at one time.I think in the past I breathed to much fire, and now I have lashed out on people that did not deserve it.So now as I said I am breathing in about a dozen breaths of water until it balances me out again.Used in the correct way the elemental meditation are very beneficial.

I increased the number of breaths according to how I felt at the time, if I felt I could do one more then I did, and stayed at that level for a day or a few days until I felt I could go up again.
