Why would moon Scorpio be bad for working on psychic senses and 6th chakra

I just had a question on this. I know moon is in fall in this sign but considering the nature of the sign of Scorpio this does not really make sense. I have been thinking on this logically this would sound like a good position to open astral senses on. Can someone please explain why not. I know this may be a dumb question but looking at the moon and sign of Scorpio putting it together it doesn't fully make sense why it would be bad for these things. I can see why moon Capricorn would be but not moon Scorpio.

Hmm, the only thing I can think of is that both Scorpio and Capricorn can be destructive, whereas the moon wants to be nourishing, as it can be through Cancer and Taurus.

I don't think starting a working on a moon in Scorpio would be that bad. It is really a Square that would be bad, since you are directly using moon energy in a Scorpio sign, as opposed to Laguz or something. Maybe someone else would say otherwise.
