Looks like just a photoshop or screenshoting in right time while she was moving her arms. Also Mageson wrote an article on her ancestry. She is a Yehubor.

I don't want you to take this as offense but how you did you draw this conclusion that she is an actual nazi? I see some people saying vaccinated children born this way or that way. Yes, C-19 vaccines are detrimental and all forum think this way. But guys, just sit and think. If this was true, you wouldn't be the only one who know. There are still some good journalists and we know these things circulate really fast nowadays.

This is an obvious one like Alex Jones does they try to keep people who are waking up somewhat away from learning the truth about figure of the past and the Nazis by lumping it in with the Yehuborim world order type people.
