In this case, that means there is negative karma on the Venusian/fairness aspect, or other synastry obstacles, of either this person or those who they deal with, which prevents the even exchange of energy between partners and leads to people getting abused.

This applies to violence and war also? Like as we engage in war does that mean that because we give destruction we will get that back too? Is that why defense is more important than offense?
