Which way do you spin you chakras ?

Is spinning clockwise proper way ?

Does it depend on you point of awareness ??

For example when i focus on my base chakra i see/feel it from above when focusing on 7th chakra i see/feel it from below.
The same thing happens with front,back,left,right extensions.

Or perhaps spinning is more like another dimension movement which best description for the lack of better words would be inside-out. Then entire notion clockwise, counter-clockwise would be irrelevant.

Please share your understanding.

From facing the bottom of each chakra, counter-clockwise. So if my awareness is inside me as I actually am (sometimes I go to 3rd party a meter or so behind myself, or in front turned around looking at myself), then my base and sacral chakras spin left, and all others spin right. I do the same for my extension chakras, counter-clockwise from the bottom point-of-view for each. So if I'm looking at my spine from behind myself, my back extensions spin counter-clockwise.

I hope that makes sense lol.

Also, I have tried numerous mix-and-matches and sequences to get the best results. I spent a few weeks being absolutely drained last year, that was from my chakras (and/or only some of my chakras) spinning clockwise, thereby flinging out my energy.

Well i also spin them clockwise (if you look at them from upwards). I noticed that if i spin them the other way for more than a couple of days, i get a kind of reaction on the skin which is very itchy LOOL. It's every time the same..

Yeah if you are looking Down at your Solar Plexus Chakra, the Base of the Pyramid is spinning Counter-Clockwise. Every Chakra from the Solar Up (Including 8-11 above your head) is spinning the same direction as the Solar. The Base Chakra and the Sacral are spinning the Opposite Direction, Because they are Pointed Up. Once you understand this, you can and should apply this same knowledge to All of your WatchTowers as well as Every Front and Back Extension of the Main 7 Chakras. It's really quite easy. In a couple days you should feel that you are balanced and maintaining your energy from meditation.

The Solar alone is so powerful being spun this way that while spinning it, you should feel like the Solar is sucking in energy like a Vacuum. You'll feel energy flowing down into it, feels so good. Go into the Sun and try this, Lots of Fun!

Oh, I missed that, sorry. But the reason i look them from the top (and i get the clockwise spin) is that when i was a beginner with meditations and such, i wasn't sure from which side i should be looking at the chakras to get the spinning and the only thing that came into my mind was the sundial lol. And i noticed the clockwise (from looking from the top, like you would do with a sundial) works with me. Haha

OK it takes about 2 days before message goes through its quite slow.

I have tested it the way you described my experience are :
* During the meditation intense energy surge , i literary started to see astral world around me - all positive.
* The days after i continued spinning i started having anxiety , self-doubt , weaker impulse control etc. Well my theory is it is old emotions that surfaced that need to be dealt with. I am gonna continue to spin this way to see if i stabalize.

The easiest way to describe what you said would be analogy of right hand rule in electromagnetism except we would use left hand.

Thumb would be chakra pointing direction, the folded fingers would be the direction of the spin.

Using left hand is that correct ?

Yeah that hand position thing is correct. There I was, staring at my hand and fist, and then it made sense lol.

You will most likely stabilize soon, if not then try spinning slower, or spending less time per chakra. Gradually build up.

This has been answered, but I thought I'd just add my two cents.

Personally I spin my chakras clockwise (looking at the base). To get a good perspective and not get confused. I simply always see it from the base of the chakra.

However, I feel that which direction the chakras spin is personal. Whichever works best for you. Thought as far as I know this is just how I feel. I'm not 100% sure if there is a correct way or not. My chakras just naturally spin clockwise. And it feels unnatural spinning them counter-c/w.

Yeah if you are looking Down at your Solar Plexus Chakra, the Base of the Pyramid is spinning Counter-Clockwise. Every Chakra from the Solar Up (Including 8-11 above your head) is spinning the same direction as the Solar. The Base Chakra and the Sacral are spinning the Opposite Direction, Because they are Pointed Up. Once you understand this, you can and should apply this same knowledge to All of your WatchTowers as well as Every Front and Back Extension of the Main 7 Chakras. It's really quite easy. In a couple days you should feel that you are balanced and maintaining your energy from meditation.

The Solar alone is so powerful being spun this way that while spinning it, you should feel like the Solar is sucking in energy like a Vacuum. You'll feel energy flowing down into it, feels so good. Go into the Sun and try this, Lots of Fun!

Well i also spin them clockwise (if you look at them from upwards). I noticed that if i spin them the other way for more than a couple of days, i get a kind of reaction on the skin which is very itchy LOOL. It's every time the same..

Using analogy of right hand in electromagnetism - proper way to spin the chakras is using

( where thumb points where chakra points , folded fingers show direction of a spin )

1) right hand
2) left hand
3) doesn't matter.


It should be simple now.

To make this clear when you look down at 3rd chakra ( as if you were looking at the floor ) spin is counter-clockwise ?

The same correlation applies to all other chakras and extensions depending where it points ?
