What is our stance on Climate engineering?

Hello fellow brothers and sisters. I know that we acknowledge that our climate is being engineered by men, but to what extent do we follow that through?

Do we believe that aluminium is being pumped into the air, via chemtrails? Do we believe that HAARP can be used to redirect cloud cover, ie hurricane manipulation?

I'm sure I am missing other points, but as evident of hurricane Dorian, it basically made a 90° turn. In addition in my own part of the world I am seeing hail where it is usually rare. It is making me examine this geo engineering idea, where I would usually just brush it off.

I was wondering to the extent of our stance on the matter.

About 6 months ago there were these strange noxious smells in my area. It was explained that it was a meteorological occurance that kept pollution lower to the ground. Fast forward to today not only is this smell back, but is being reported in neighboring states.

I wonder if this has something to do with HAARP or geo engineering, or even so much that the astral itself is giving off an odor.
