Now, if you can't orgasm without it, that's a problem. That means you are dependent on it, and therefore addicted. You should work on freeing yourself from that addiction so that you can orgasm without it.
Nothing bad, but still you will not get emotional fulfilled as in actual sex, lacking intimacy and validation. But don't try abstinence since it's unhealthy, and can drive you insane.

That's just like me nowadays. I can watch porn maybe one a month, if even that. It's always been that I can watch it when I want, but I can take it or leave it. It doesn't make or break me if I can't watch it at any given moment.
I can't say that I've never been horny from watching it, but I am not at that point where I have to watch it to become horny or whatever. For someone to fall under those needs, that does sound like addiction.
