What is the correct way to vibrate the "Vuh Vah Voh" mantra? Couldn't find info on ToZ or these forums about it. I just focused on my solar chakra when I vibrated it 4 times and I definitely fealt alot of energy. Also my girlfriend who is psychic said she could feel the energy from the other room. Is this the correct way to do it?

Actually no, 'vuuuuuh' sounds like "loose", not "up".
Its is vibrated in the solar chakra.

'voooooh' sounds like "open".
