I have a very strange state, I can't meditate, I can't go into trance, I'm very angry

I don't know what to do, I feel restless, my mind is not at all calm and I don't know what to do. It's such a bad state that it makes me cry in despair.

However, I have what I need and everything is fine. I don't understand why I feel this way.



I feel that something is wrong, I feel that something is not giving me peace.

And the worst thing is that I am emotionally hurting my loved ones.

What can I do?

I apologize for the bad translation and I want to add that some of this energy wants to push me away and I'm sure some of it comes from the people I've crossed paths with in the last two days, as if I could feel their emotions 😖😖😖 even though I've cleansed myself and have a daily protective aura.
 
First off, don't worry about bad translation. We understand that translations can cause communicative issues, you said you feel very angry correct? You need to find some kind of outlet to let this anger out, you need to be able to express yourself properly, even anger. If you can find some kind of prop to beat on to help release some of this anger, dreams in my experience can work as someone who used to burn with anger on an almost constant basis from a lot of hate i had in myself. Once the anger reaches a critical mass sort of scenario, the anger will pool into your dream state as a sort of pressure release valve in a manner of speaking. Especially if you are feeling it constantly. The dreams may be violent, yelling, or an even more disturbing nature involving violence. You must keep cleaning every day multiple times a day, this will remove the dross that is on you. Also make sure to be doing more aura of protection as well throughout the day if you can feel others energies messing with you. Also i know you said it is hard for you to meditate, but do your best to take deep breaths in and out when you feel the anger beginning to arise in you. Try to also figure out the cause of why you are feeling the anger as well, the breathing exercises will help you to calm down hopefully enough for you think about why you are angry at that particular moment. Take it slow, this will take time but you can take control of your emotions, especially a volatile one such as anger.
