Creating trust in yourself. That is simple, it's listening to your voice, obidence with no excusse. In time your body and mind will become one. If you lie to yourself. That is saying one thing and not doing it will make your mind and body disconnect, start bulding your connection beetwen mind and body, thought and action. Be gentle in the beginning and progress when you feel more confident.
