How To Not Lose Connection With The Gods

Thank you high priest! I have a question. Now I have not once been purposely rude to my guardian demon! But what if one has intrusive thoughts that are rude and not meaning them! I always say I’m super sorry when that happens and feel guilty about it even though I know I don’t have to worry about it. But how does one not feel guilty even though they know they shouldn’t be. I love my guardian demon so much but I can’t help but feel a bit trapped knowing she can hear my thoughts. I love that she can but the delusion of worrying about what I’m thinking still persists!
Guilting yourself here is a subconscious feeling that the negative action was actually meaningful and defines you, therefore you need to repent or apologize. You have to focus more on the positive side, like just remember you have a strong enough bond and that something like this is so silly and below you, it is meaningless and not worth thinking about.

Worrying about something gives it a false power and can even invite it to reoccur, since you are subconsciously projecting that you may not be able to stop it. Remind yourself what your GD would think, because odds are she would not even want you worrying about something like this.

Beautiful sermon, High Priest, and very necessary too. Thank you for writing this.

Can I dare to ask what crimes or errors could warrant this kind of treatment? Other than obvious things like sexual perversion. Is it something that ordinary people can fall into, or would it be more something that someone caught up in the underworld, so to speak, would be privy to doing?

Can it follow you from a past life, even if you have no recollection of it and discover the Gods in your current life?

Are different Gods more inclined to give the cold shoulder more easily than others?

I don't even think sexual perversions are included here, unless you are talking about cases of severe crimes and abuse.

The way HP had written this, I don't think most people should worry about this as a real concern.
