To those experiencing erratic power surges

In dealing with kundalini surges or even powerful sexual energy that seems to flow upward and causes excessive psychic sensory either negative or positive, a sure fire way to fix this is once it reaches the crown, establish a strong and powerful downward flow through to the feet from the front of the body. Imagine this energy making a circuit with the earth and affirm that it is permanent. From there you should immediately be working on sacral and base yoga to remove blockages. Any discomfort and anxiety that arises from an energy surge is due to a sacral blockage which causes kundalini energy to feel uncomfortable or even unbearable. If sexual energy is just overwhelming and nothing is satisfying it’s probably a blockage as well. These blockages can force energy upward uncomfortably and before they’re really ready. Another thing with establishing a strong downward flow is the throat and heart have seemed to be of importance in this with myself and other members, opening these forcefully can also cause distress. In my case I worked with Satan on these due to the nature of the situation and the urgency that was needed, ideally these would be resolved before any intense surges. Either way, I wanted to share that creating a permanent downward circuit to the earth with your body will help immensely. My energy started to rise again tonight but much more comfortably, when it started to grow in intensity to an uncomfortable degree it immediately drained out the feet and circuited properly. Kundalini energy can be very forceful and it’s important that psychic senses are tamed and that these are worked on healthily and steadily.
