Tired and angry when I can't Meditate

So I was hoping to get some advice,

I have a strict routine for Meditation/Yoga and I find that when I wait too long before my next meditation I am lethargic, tired, angry, and irritated.

To further elaborate, I have a yoga/meditation routine in the morning and then I go to work; however, I find that within that 8-9 hour gap between my next routine I get the aforementioned symptoms.

Once I am home I am unpleasant company to say the least, just exhausted tbh. My girlfriend has commented that I am a different person before I meditate vs after. I agree because right after I am done my late afternoon session I feel good again.

Any thing I can do to change this? Is this a vitality issue because more than anything I just feel drained.

It does sound like a vitality issue if you feel so heavily drained. I am assuming you aren't getting attacked if you are cleaning and protecting yourself.

How are your Sun and Mars? You should do a Sun Square or similar working. For short-term compensation, see if you inhale energy or do fire breathing at work.

Feeling fatigued after 8-9 hours sounds like it could be physically rooted, as well, which of course still relates to your astrological Sun, but you may need to take steps physically as well. For example, eating or drinking more, or higher quality food, doing more yoga asanas, making sure you are sleeping fine, etc.

The ST36 is the best point for this, but it needs food to function best. On a similar note, do you feel hungry? Also check other yang deficiency symptoms such as feeling cold, sluggish digestion, bags under eyes (kidney yang deficiency), feeling still tired after waking up, etc.

The simple, easiest and faster method is to clean your aura more and maybe focus more on aop in the morning and after that absorb a color and program it in way to make your day better. Every time I feel tired and just can't start meditating I just relax and visualize myself in a white-gold aura. Looks basic but when you just do it how often you can you will see the results

On long term I suggest you to take a deep look on your chakras and see which are stronger and weaker. Also, absorbing elements can change a lot when it comes to daily energy

As soon as you get home do liberation and then RTR and then cleaning.

In this way I get rid of various negative influences, vent anger or nervousness and then clean everything, because during the day you accumulate negative energies and this can influence you negatively.

If it's a problem of vitality do a Mars or Sun square.

Yes I have some detriment placements.

I eat a lot of meat and carbs but not much fruit or veggies.

I sleep terribly because before, during, and awaking as my sinuses are always clogged so I mouth breathe.

I don't feel hungry until about 2 pm so i don't eat until then or sometimes later.

While at work I'm consistently chilly and sluggish.

I always feel like I never actually slept after sleeping.

So is this a Yang issue?

Also, I don't do the Kundalini Spinal Series, just Hatha twice a day which is Yin right?

So your advice would be a square and or vitality working? Aside from the square which rune works for that? Saulo ?

You could try to sneakily do 5 minute sessions of pranyama in a toilet for example. It should alleviate the issue.

Yea I'll try!

Sounds good, thanks

That's actually normal your body gets used to it then you have to adjust down in bioelectricity and back up again it causes symptoms like this. I find myself kind of grumpy when I can't do anything after a day or two or do way less. This is the body adjusting bioelectricity up and down. Other symptoms could be feeling lightheaded or headache that happened sometimes with me.

also do kundalini, it gives much more energy and is pleasant, it is better to do hatha once and kundalini once.

Yea it kind of feels like that. It's almost like I'm coming down. Not that I do that anymore (Praise Satan) but as a reference it's like that. Either way I will take the advice given by my brothers and correct it, I'm gonna take advantage of the upcoming square and maybe the full moon virgo.

Yes, this is all dampness, which should normally be cleared by the spleen, which is ruled by the Sun. In some cases, if you have lots of inflammation, this can make the dampness harder to clear out, but that would also make you feel hot, have redness, thirst, among other symptoms.

Your sluggish digestion and fatigue further suggest dampness in the digestion system.

Basic meditation increases your spiritual energy, which then translates first into bodily yang, then yin. So that is why your meditations make you feel better.

-------------------

As others mentioned, switch your do the kundalini yoga in place of one hatha session. You should hold ST36, which will recharge your digestion and clear out the dampness.

However, if this is a constitutional problem, such as if you have a weak Sun or Mars, then you should try holding a mudra that reduces Kapha (water/earth) in the body. While the acupoints work on specific meridians, these mudras work broadly over the entire body to shift your constitution. Although your body will likely revert back, you can keep compensating with this until you implement more permanent spiritual solutions.

Saulo is similar to the Sun, and Thurisaz is similar to Mars, so both can work here. Yet, both those planets are available within Square formats. Using the Squares in a general sense, to simply boost the associated planet, should be enough to fix your bodily energy, especially with these other changes.

-------------------

Try to include more veggies, such as simply steaming a bag of frozen ones. Fruit and excess carbs will cause dampness, such as white bread. Rice, corn, potato, and other healthy carbs will not contribute to dampness, except in extreme situations.

Although meat is very nourishing and does help the spleen, too much at once can clog the digestion, so try skipping meat for a few meals, or reduce the intake to like 2-3 ounces. Substituting lighter meats, like chicken or fish, also will help.

Great, thanks Blitz. I did start a sun square on the 20th to sublimate. I will also do the other things you have suggested.
