I found this article to be useful and gonna share one thing here that you can't organize your time based on clock time I think I mean there are always interruptions in the real world and going about your day spending your time based on clock time would feel so unnatural and like a robot. 
You spend your time in three ways : Thoughts Conversations and Actions. 
Just decide how much time you gonna spend on these by knowing how much time you need to spend on these three. Thus, time becomes mental in real world.
