Can I make a Venus square with Venus in Scorpio to increase my sexual attractiveness and beauty? I know that Venus is in a harmful position in Scorpio, but can I use the sexual and passionate energies of Scorpio to increase the attractiveness of my aura?

I have no problem with my physical appearance, but I would like to add a little more spice to my aura.

Doing Venus square with Venus in Scorpio will not give you those desired effects. It would be better to program your aura specifically. Perhaps orange energy with an affirmation about sexual attractiveness.

Adding to what HPS Lydia has said, Venus in Scorpio itself can indicate turbulence in the love life. Although it may suggest attraction to one's self based on Plutonian/sexual themes, a natal placement with this can also indicate intense and possible painful associations with lovers/partners. This is different from the opposite sign of Scorpio: the calmer home sign of Taurus.

HPS Maxine had indicated not to use planetary squares when the planet is in the sign of fall and detriment. While I am optimistic about energy and can see the potential even here, we should also recognize that it would also not be an efficient means to achieve your goal.

As HPS Lydia suggested, it would be better to simply raise separate energies which apply more directly to your goal. For example, increase beauty with Gebo or when Venus is in Pisces. Separately, stimulate sexual attraction through Mars energy. If you want a Plutonian-theme to how people are attracted to you, then I believe Eihwaz could be used for this purpose.
