can't seem to find it. Maybe I don't know where to look. Could someone please
give it to me or point me in the right direction. I'm sure I just looked over it

I found this on another satanism e group (Joy of Satan e group).
Just search "cobra breath" on google and it should bring up an ehow on it on the first page. (It doesn't seem trustworthy coming from ehow) but it has really worked for many on the JoS e group so try it.
