Make pain enjoyable and you won't mind feeling it, here's a meditation that can do just that.

Meditation technique to make feelings of pain more pleasant.

Think about everything around you that nurtures you, the heating in the winter, the feeling of your bed , your body, your location and feel how it nurtures you, keep doing this.

Pains felt less intense and the sensation was more pleasant instead of bothersome when i did this.

Now i had an experience while i was meditating for a long time where a bad smell wasn't so bad, i can't gaurantee that this meditation technique will work for you just because it worked for me, i meditate for atleast 30 minutes a day, sometimes i miss days but im consistent, sometimes i meditate for 2 hours or more.
