if we need to focus on creation, love, positive vibes
then what happens to the dark arts?
what were they written for?
is it somehow wrong to destroy someone non-Zevist who did you a lot of harm?
(in my experience, I tried to destroy several non-Zevist people a while ago
but it was like the negative energy sent to them came back to me
or maybe I didn't even manage to direct it )

There's nothing wrong with cursing people who personally harmed you. HP Lydia's reply was about the collective stance of the ToZ in regards to our collective enemies (Jews), not about you and your life personally, in case you didn't notice it.

It's for punishing very evil people. Only talking about love and light and avoiding black magick like Wiccans is as bad and unbalanced as unexperienced newbies who want to curse someone because they said a mean word to them. It's said that you must reach a certain level of spiritual development first before using black magick. Kinda like info about succubi and love spells that fall to the same kind of abuse.

Avoid cursing anyone for the first couple of months/years of your Zevist evolution. If you’re not adept at feeling and handling energy it will come back to you.

Focus on cleaning your aura and chakras and empowering them, especially the sacral as that will help you in feeling energy.

What you could do instead is rituals for Andras and then explaining to him what these people did to you. Don’t demand from him to punish them as that will be up to him. End the ritual by asking for guidance from him while you meditate on his sigil after you explain your problems with these people.

Also do Returning Curses to more thoroughly get rid of any negative energy you sent back to yourself through these curses. The good news here is that since you’re not powerful yet you likely didn’t damage your aura or life that much. Ask the Daemon from Zeus that arrived through the prayer to take that energy away from you and into your targets after you finished cleaning your aura(the Daemon may send the energy somewhere else if they believe you were overreacting by cursing these people). This will require multiple returning curses sessions.
