That was accidental..how do I do it intentionally..?

I am not sure how, entirely.. but not even an hour before typing this, i was really tired..and apparently, you know that after-image you see of objects moving? yeah..i saw it of my light body instead of the material finger..

i was also able to see my aura, and the colors were kinda weird. they were not colors i have been using to program my aura..and were multiple colors overall.

lightbody was white. like..plain, pure white. at first it was scary but then it was cool! then it was scary when i opened the door and i saw the energy after-image of the door knob, got spooked..no longer on that level to see it right now.

so what is needed to do this for real? i tried relaxing but that didnt seem to work. i didnt feel anymore tired earlier..i didnt feel any parts of my mind working at different levels..

but i am curious. it is a sign my third eye is progressing..

absolutely,ive found that one can open up their pupils and put energy into their eye balls(opening them and putting energy into your pupils go hand in hand due to the will power and extra awareness that it takes to do this, if your seeing after image then you are indeed progressing and that goes without saying. do your best to try and focus your attention to the very outlines of your fingers,as the hand chakras are naturaly very powerful and you can see the aura easily here a solid white background is great for this, remenber that with psychic advancement comes attention from the enemy DO NOT NEGLECT YOUR CHAKRAS AND AURA i made this mistake and was very vulnerable,its good that you are doing aura protection meditations as i got carried away with my astral sight, and because of this i didnt realize i had a 6th chakra blockage and subsequently started loosing my new abilities

Probably is a good sign. I know that I saw my light-arm and hand just the other day when i was doing something.
Kind of surprised me, but it didn't startle me in any way. Kind of cool, like you said. I am sure you are simply
developing or evolving.

I hope and am pretty certain it's a good sign. It's weird; when I first opened and started, years ago, I was able to see the colors at rare times..now it's returned on its own, after a lot of work..hmm

I can normally see a "blur" around myself, rarely others..I had considered it a mere light ploy, but, it may be something else.

None of my energy looked dark, sickly, or malicious..that means nothing but still..

I'll try to advance it some more.

It is possible you were seeing  bits and pieces of the astral like I do at times randomly even when I am not in the astral I see it.

Did it look like a black light purple light?

I was walking through the alley at work having thrown some trash away and with no noticeable change in energy level I began seeing these stirring "snowflakes" made of the brightest white light.Some were like a spark even.Never happened before.It was my mistake vivid glimpse of the astral.Just seemed like a good thread for sharing this.

That's interesting. I want to be like you and be so open to it. I have went there once. At least I believe it was the astral. It looked like the same as the physical. Maybe the hue was SLIGHTLY off but it was not purple. Why do you say it's purple? Maybe I remote viewed instead of see the astral.

I have been seeing at random times dots and specks lately too. Sometimes like colors. Sometimes it will be several dots. Some are concentric rings of colors. Like black outline, then blue then purple in the center. They are small and vanish quickly.

You are seeing the astral along with other elements that exist on the astral. Sometimes we see other Souls, at times these are amalgamations of energy, sometimes these can be the Gods.

The astral has a black light similar color. I have not actually astral traveled in this life yet, but I have been in the astral without astral projecting myself. I just go into a trance close my eyes and can see the astral around me so I am not as experienced as I seemed lol.

As I said, it's a beautiful place as long as you avoid the nasties.
