Sun square affirmation + date/time?

Hello everyone! I had a question about the sun square.... I was reading this book about success and affirmations and I came across this one affirmation the book recommend to do everyday in front of the mirror "I AM WHOLE, PERFECT, STRONG, SUCCESSFUL, HAPPY AND POWERFUL" I've been trying it out the last few weeks and I've seen great improvements in my mentality and demeanor. I thought it might be a good idea to add some energy to these affirmations such as the sun square. So my questions are... #1 Would this actually work? Or are the affirmations too broad for the sun square? And #2 Is there an upcoming date that would be good to start a sun square? Is the sun in a sign of its fall or detriment? The affirmations on a Square do indeed help whether it is the Spiritual or Material. I did the Spiritual with an affirmation with the Sun Square, my health and immune system got serious results. I've always been used to get a strong flu or other types of viruses several times a year. I have not been sick at all this year, which is weird as my whole family got super sick of a flu, and I didn't. Other words, it works.

As you can see on www.planetwatcher.com,
the sun will be in its home sign in Leo in approximately 3 and a half days. Which will be excellent to start the Sun Square.

I will like to add that the sun square is something of the most powerful meditations I've ever done. The energy on the first day was incredibly powerful and when I was near the end of the square, the energies grew so powerful and intense I could no longer feel my body, it was like a super strong face lift and then I didn't feel my body anymore. I didn't even feel I was vibrating or moving my mouth. I did just continue, but the energy almost kicked me out of my body.

Two days after I was done with the Square, I woke up in the morning due to a energy surge and a powerful spinning sensation from my Solar Plexus. Giving my entire being a lot of energy.
