Oss, a rune of freedom, and the solar plexus chakra, the more advanced vibrations for the sun. It's all about willpower, the kind of health and vitality the sun and the solar plexus chakra gives, overpowers these things. I quit smoking for about 3 months last year, come a bit of time afterwords I would get random moments of what can be described as bliss, just breathing and laying around, and I figure... come the sun out of aquarius, it won't take me long at all too quit. 3-4 days. 3-4 days is all it takes, without cigarettes. Specifically greys in my case. White blobs in the corner of your eye, horrific feelings of random dread...and no, I don't think it's the herb making the fear. It's the things that come to rape your soul while your aura is pretty much turned off...either that or exposed to too much too fast. And as crazy as this may sound I have actually seen a grey watching me while I was stoned in the shower.
It seems like it just opens up your astral senses but me (and probably other weed smokers) being lazy spiritually deficient and inexperienced get bombarded with the negative bs these things spew out. AND I will go so far as to say that yes you may have some awesome times high at first...but once they find you on the astral when you're baked and they know you will continue to smoke, they stick around for YEARS feeding on you. You will not even be safe in your dreams. Not even if your lucid. I tried that. They always invade and make me start killing dream characters etc. to get their fear meal.
Just wanted to share that. Please, please do not ever smoke. Nicotine or weed. And avoid alcohol if you can. It may make you feel good but damn shaking the habit is SO HARD and it's like pulling the ebrake on achieving the magnum opus...or even something as simple as being able to meditate. Don't disappoint the Gods by doing this...once you get too into it don't even expect Satan to waste his time on someone who doesn't have the will to resist. He'll be there, yes (also speaking from experience), and every once in a while he will remind you that you need to stop fucking around as in my case has happened recently, symbolized by a red and black jumping spider being on the verge of death (he has always communicated to me through the actions of a red and black jumping spider, and ravens). But don't beg him or bother asking for help. All you will get is a stern "You know what you need to do- meditate and be more dedicated. Help and prove yourself."
So remember kids - Don't do drugs! It'll not only ruin your life, but multiple reincarnations after!
