How long should one be before spells and mahick should be attemptes? How long should someone empower their souls before magick can be expected to "work"?

The more powerful you are, the bigger the chance the spell will work. Success in magick also consists of elements like current planetary layout, the amount of energy directed towards the goal etc. Just do your power meditations everyday and don't stop.
