Spinning Chakras problems

I on day 7 on the 40 days beginners Manuel. I having a hard time spinning chakras. I try spinning, but it moves the other way and then back and forth. The camera direction changes on it own,  For example: I am seeing my chakra from a bird view and then in front of me and then not at all. I try moving it with hands or little people, but they started beating up my chakra triangle. I even try watching a video and try imitating it,(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcwSLfAd9A0) but unsuccessful. Any help. Thanks!

You need to do more void meditation to get control of your mind. Next time you do it just relax.

When spinning your chakras, just relax and focus. Its about using your will and concentrating. I use to go through the same thing and sometimes I still do but rarely. What helps is to not get so frustrated at yourself to the point where you are adding another emotion to your meditation session. Be patient with yourself and when you feel like you can't hold or control the image, don't worry about it much. In your mind just keep spinning it.  Hail our Creator God Satan.
