Back to OP, Hitler had no campaign against "slavs", just communist infiltrators, of which all were either Yehuborim or Yehuborim sympathizers.
Some people claim Hitler was only pro-German and against other Europeans, but that falls flat when you look at just how merciful Hitler has been in every single military campaign he embarked on, often letting his enemy go.

Hitler, again, had nothing against black people if they were not causing trouble. He was allied with multiple African forces, had African divisions, black SS members, and black people who would serve in the military would get to choose to go back to their country of racial origin with a decent heap of cash to their name.
