I have to self-criticize for profanity or swearing in the AMA because of the desecration of the enemy. This is an infuriating topic to see all these things that have taken place. I do my earnest to keep it always formal and positive, but I cannot tolerate the works of the enemy against the Gods.

I won't ask the question personally, maybe there will be other people with similar problems and this will help them.

1 - Not stability, I follow a clear meditation plan.

But on day 1 I can feel lightness in my body, lightness in my thinking, elevated mood and enjoy life thanking gods for every second of it. Literally for no reason it can change to absolute depression, irritability, negativity.

2 - Uncertainty, I can not prioritize and understand what exactly I need and where to start.
