Self-Induced Third Eye Chakra Tingle and Psychosopmatic Response?

Hi, all.

I don't mean the title to sound silly, but it is accurate. In another post, I said,

For me, even accidentally when not intending to and sort of 'glancing' at it, I get an OK pressure and often a sort of tingling that fills the top of my head, which, if I do it enough, tingles down into my torso with which I get goose pimples down one side, and I imagine that as releasing happy hormones which feels good. With that, a slight, not-very-strong... 'head glow' feeling, like after one has too much cold drink or ice cream they get brain freeze or when thirsty and down several mouthful gulps of pop and it feels like it fills the head as a sort of rush - but not as strong and overpowering and not painful like with brain freeze, and more throughout the head, sort of thing. After a bit, the Third Eye Chakra then feels pressure-y and feels tingly, as well, where the pressure can feel a bit uncomfortable for a bit after, and similar to slight eye strain or tiredness.

but I never asked about being able to 'release happy hormones at will' so to speak, and I don't think I've ever seen it mentioned. I'd just like to ask anyone what they know about that. I can't remember ever being able to do that before finding JoS back in the day. After... whenever, it just seemed to happen accidentally, and then I could do it more or less at will, sometimes needing a bit of practice before being successful. It also 'feels' like it is down one side more than the other side (but maybe that is due to the layout of my home with air flow and things, I don't know) which the other side seems to not 'feel' like it is receiving much or any sensation, tingling, input at all - it sort of feels different somehow.
