Crown chakra problem

Mistler2 min to read

Hi, I have a problem that's been bothering me for about four years. At first it was mild, but now it's so horrible it's driving me crazy. I feel a pressure that makes me dizzy.
And it's related to the crown chakra, because right there, right in the center of my head, at the top, a pressure builds up that bothers me a lot. And not only that, it's like a tickling sensation, like a hand is grabbing my head. I don't know what I did four years ago, I don't remember, but I did something wrong, and ever since then I've had this pressure even if I don't focus on it.
And it's slowly killing me, so to speak, because it's incredible how as soon as I feel it, it lowers my spirits to the point that simply lying down calms me down a little.
I also stopped doing other meditations to see if that would calm me down a bit. But nothing. There was a time when it calmed down for a few months, but then it came back. I searched for a few days to see if anyone else had the same experience, but nothing. I don't know what it is, but I need help with this. I think some affirmations before bed might help. I did it once for panic attacks and it worked. But I can't think of anything.

By the way, excuse the spelling mistakes. I don't speak English well, so the translator helped me.

It sounds like kundalini problems, you should clean your chakras/aura and finish raising it. Kunda + Hatha yoga every day. There is no way back, only forward.
