Saturn in first house

Hello everyone, I don't where to start off. Is there an alternative to void meditation? I'm having some troubles, I freaked out today, trying to start on the hour of jupiter to maximize my success in void meditation, but didn't make it. Then when I sat down again, I realized I had my head up my ass and was focused on "fun"/ I don't how to explain it, this little nerve of wanting to not meditate, maybe an enemy voice? It's like the enemy is speaking lies into my hear, and saying "Nothings wrong", and everytime I try to meditate, I get fcked over for some reason. My saturn is in my first house.
