Say you have a Rising sign that conjucts one of the Runic Signs, like say Gebo (which rules Arcturus and Virgo), do the energies of Gebo influence the 1st house and the chart ruler? How do runes and the Constellations that rule them affect the Houses/planets if they conjuct with a Runic Constellation?

Gebo correlates with the 4th chakra, which correlates to Mercury. Virgo and Gemini are Mercury’s signs. A working with Gebo for over-all self improvement and things pertaining to the 1st house in this case for example would benefit a person in a similar manner to a Mercury square. The runes are generally weaker in influence compared to squares.
