Runes and astrology

Since I haven't found any direct answer to my question, I am posting it now.

The thing is about direct relation between the runes and the planets.

For instance, I want to utilise the power of Isa to aid me in focusing my mind. So, what day, what time?

http://galdrnet.com/runes/Elder/isa.html - I sometimes also look here, since Galdrnet is quite developed. The page indicates Virgo and Saturn, so it would seem that Saturday in the hours of Saturn is the optimal time during which my psychic working could be the most effective.

Also, I do know that lunar signs are of significant importance.

Anybody could confirm or deny my way of thinking?

Runes seem to be more based upon the star constellations and I believe the trumph deck of the tarot is based out of the Runic Futhark. They are runic vibrations used in the opening exercises but the runes used have also many properites within then that can be used for many things that do not directly equal the center and planet ruled by it. Runes are way outside the box. And other runes seem to carry properites connected to planets in general.   Maybe you are going about it in the wrong direction here, for the mind and Isa why not  wait for the hours of the planet that govern the aspects of the mind like mercury, jupiter and the moon and then work on it. I believe that Isa could be best used in the moon. I'd use some affirmation, like "I am breathing in bla bla bla. This energy is revealing the secrets of the runes to me." Or something along these lines.

I'm a teacher by trade, yet now I work in finances.

Back then, when we were reading something and the text was too long, one of my teachers used to say this bla x3 and well...

Btw, I personally didn't like the teacher, since she was a xian and a spinster. Every time she came to the lecture, she was pleased that she could vent her sexual frustration, and aggression resulting from it, on us. Bad luck, because I was resistant to it.
