I have a question about the rtrs. The one thing that scares me about them is whenever I think about doing them, images of people I care about being hurt or killed flashes through my mind. I put an aura of protection around the ones I care about but in the back of my mind something tells me that it's not good enough. This is undoubtedly the enemy trying to fuck with me but I am concerned about the well being of my loved ones. Are they under the same protection I am after I dedicate?

Yes, Its definitely the enemy. Your loved ones should be fine. This has happened to me in the past before. They are really just trying to worry you a lot. The enemy's main concern is stopping dedicated SS from any attempts to bring them down and from doing these rituals. So, the images and such they are giving you is to screw you up mentally.
Just keep putting auras of protection around your loved ones. 
The more you do for Satan, and when you are dedicated to him, he will make sure your loved ones are fine.

I wanted to add that even after March 7th we will be doing these rolling RTR's. Around the clock. Indefinitely. They will change as HPS Maxine D, or HP Hooded Cobra posts what she/he wants us to do but we WILL continue to do them at these times so please, join us. We will NOT stop. I felt the added energy today and I wanted to say thank you to whoever added their energies. Please add your energy at these times, we are doing them then without fail and would appreciate anyone else adding to it. Hail to Father! We MUST help Father Satan! Please help! I want to add that even if you just Dedicated, and somehow feel whatever you can add is inconsequential, it is NOT. Do NOT let that keep you from joining us. Don't allow the enemy to stop you from helping. Every bit of energy we can bring to bear is SO important.
