regarding prediction

so last night i took the liberty to check out how all my planets line up in my chart this day, to my suprise it was much easier than i thought but this also brought up some questions.

i noticed that neptune will stop bother my Mc in some years so thats bad, but i also saw that pluto will influence me quite much in some time, i will try to explain this as best i can.

right now pluto is in my capricorn at 11 degrees, and ahead i got a super tight conjunction of neptune/uranus at 18 degrees. and im not overly fond of how this will play out when they start colliding but i got additional influences to watch out for too if im on the right track:

i also got mars/merc/pluto in conjunction in my first house and these planets are also in sextile with nep/ura so my question here is: will this sextile hold additional influence to me?

i mean, when looking at my natal chart this happens but ofc these planets move too, so would this sextile not bother me since i dont have (atm) mars/merc/pluto in my first house anymore , they are in taurus now(exept pluto ofc*)

this is quite hard to explain .. but does our natal planetary placements still hold signifigance when im predicting? i mean the planets are not in the same places when predicting but our natal chart is also like our fundamental selves right?

if i am correct anyways, how would you describe this mess of an aspect that will come: meaning pluto conjuncts my nept/ura and the sextile they have with mars/merc/pluto in my first house? cuz my guess is just confusing and im not sure i can blend all those aspects in a conclusion.

one last thing btw- my mars/marc/pluto conjunction is in my first house which is scorpio, and with their sextile to nep/ura which house placement and housesign should i take as the most signifigant one? i mean should i say that that the scorpio house gets this influence the most or should i take my capricorn house and take this aspects and blend them in there?

i sollobly hope i made sence with this, its bothering me that my coming years will be a pain, so i wish to be as prepared for the it as possible=), thanks for reading!.Greetings from Sweden!
