You need to stop wasting your time with these pointless fruitless ventures. If you get an email from an obvious infiltrator, the 'delete' button is right there. Don't give them the time of day. I think getting what they've sent you spread amongst the community is their point. Yes it may be wacked out and rediculous. But the aim of a virus is to spread. The best defence is to simply ignore and delete.

I too have been getting many emails like this lately, everyone has been by the looks of it. All you need to do is press delete and leave it at that. Let the virus die there, and not carry it on.

HP Myla wrote a post about this, people are showing that they are wasting their time. Worrying about infiltrators, spam mail, etc, and not focusing on whats more important and urgent. Empowering ourselves, and destroying the enemy.

Brian, if you're bored at work. Perhaps you should instead spend some time doing some meditations, practicing some breathing techniquies. Breath some energy into your chakras. I will tell you that you will notice a major change in yourself if you were spending every day, and every bored moment at work breathing energy into each of your chakras indavidually.
Or maybe for each week. You could pick a subject that you feel you need to learn more about, or want to learn more about. An aspect you feel you need working on on yourself. Then spend that week studying it, reading all the information and resources on this subject, and bettering yourself. This seems more productive than what you described.
