I did not read all of this. But enough to understand you are a total newbie, and think psychic powers will come to you over night. It will not. Opening the psychic centers is all up to the individual, how the individual worked on their soul and mind in a past life, what kind of astrological aspects and such that supports and strengthens them or weakens them and so on. This may take a week, a month or even years.

But, for faster results you would like to use Sanskrit to really get fast and effective results. Do yoga to further open your energy flow within the chakras and body.
Experiment with different meditations to get to know them. Opening the watchtowers is a fine start. It sure opened me up to the astral quite alright.

And this has to be continued every single day, because your chakras can and will close again if not empowered (reminded).

Invoking Earth ay?Could you or anyone else describe what that feels like?I know you said you don't feel the effects yet but if you got all the other elements down,what do they feel like?Is there a situation or activity one,dedicated or not,could be in that would have them feeling the water element or any other?

Much progress has been made. In my post I wrote in a way that doesn't really represent me, and I didn't use the best wording, but, from what I understand, most people don't have only one elemental imbalance. So, I'm a special case. Honestly, there was no rebound at all. So I'm starting to question whether or not I had any imbalances in the first place. However, to tell what kind of imbalances you have, look at the elements on the Jo's website, and see what elements describe you the most, and what doesn't describe you is your inbalance. Just evoke the element you're lacking to balance. I only had one imbalance, which was earth, however this isn't the usual case. Invoke one element, wait 24hrs, see how you feel, and continue from there. If you evoke fire and you're strong with water and weak in fire, you may get a water rebound, for example. I seem to be able to handle extreme energies extremely well, but this isn't the case for everyone. Absolutely do not push how many breaths you do in regard of this. Because it may result in really bad things. I hope this helped.

If you want to know what elements you are lacking, look at your Natal chart. Astro.com ..the signs which the planets are in represents the elementals. Count them, this way you'll see it better. Meditation will eventually balance the elements though.
