I am starting power mediation and i am a beginner so should start by trying to open my third eye? I have been trying to do this for a couple of days constantly but i do not get the sensation you are supposed to feel does anyone have a good video i can watch to see how it is done properly, i also tried using the information on the joyofsatan website but i dont think i am doing it correctly.
