Meditations THAUM pronounciation problem

So, here's the thing:

I'm meditating to open my third eye as instructed in the ToZ's guide and I don't really understand how to pronounce the "Thaum" properly with my tongue on the front teeth. I've listened to the audio that was there and I also tried it. I was able to do it normally without touching the front teeth but when I attempted to pronounce it by touching my front teeth then I am not able to do so properly.
Pls help....

It's like s but move your tongue forward between your teeth. Then start vibrating your vocal cords and you have the th sound as in Thaum.

On the site, Lady Pythia pronounces it as a soft 'th', as in the word "the"
