Yeah physical exercise is pleasurable for those who intend to enjoy it than making it a overloaded hardwork. I had found it to be pleasurable. I see some people just do it in rage and they get exhausted afterwards, right!? I might be wrong. And some do it, unconsciously worrying for their health, they are the middle and old aged people. :d
