can you reopen a chakra and open the next chakra on the same day ? and also what are the symptoms once you open a chakra.yesturday i opened my heart chakra but i couldnt feel anythin there so today i redid it and this time i felt pressure there and calm almost like a light tranze and i felt pain in the middle of my chest for like 2 secs n then it vanished.after i redid my heart chakra i opened my solarplex chakra and i didnt feel presure or nothin on that chakra other than a bit tired and i felt energy around me for about 5 secs and i also felt like i wa in a light tranze so did i fuck up or did i open them or did i get my chakras blocked or sumthin please let me know.
