Question #3008: How do we calculate Astrology 1 day=1 year Progression charts correctly?

I wanted to learn and study about the 1 day = 1 year progression method but I'm a bit confused on how to calculate and create a correct chart for such. Do we use our birth year and count forward the days to our current age, or do we use the current year (2023) and count forwards from our birthday from this year to our current age?

If you want calculate the progression for now, start from your birthday and count forward your age in days. If You are 20 years old, go forward by 20 days.
