Question #2987: a former christian who still has certain hang ups

I was a former christian ,who was programmed by the bible that enjoying food is a sin and that one should hate his body and crucify his body(flesh) by killing all its neccessary needs ..I was programmed that enjoying food is a gluttony thing so the only way to kill all desires of the body is by fasting ..so I was made to fast forcibly ..Now that I have left that stupid cult some years back and became a satanist ,,I still could not eat properly and suffer from eating disorder ..what should I do now?

Program the opposite. Tell yourself that living life and being happy is okay. Think that you deserve to be happy and healthy, and you'll become happy and healthy.
