Yes all of these things are truth. The world has been held back dangerously in terms of technology and spiritual and moral evolution due to abrahamic programs and the ones that made them. If you continue reading and researching you will understand better why. The goal of these ideologies is to basically enslave mankind by making them weak and dumbing them down. Many ex xtian will tell you about all the things they just deep down knew were unnatural and wrong.
