Help, I have been watching netorare and cuckold porn for a time and it's damaged my psyche very much. I currently cut off porn and am a non-user currently. It got me an inferiority complex. Will this heal with time and what can I do about it?

It will heal in time and as you take physical and spiritual steps to repair your sexuality. Also take steps to empower your confidence in a general sense, like working on your solar chakra, mars energy, removing hangups, etc. Let us know if you need more specific advice here.

Porn gives you synthetic and unrealistic expectations about sex. Try to find out what you are using it as an escape for or an outlet for. Are you bored? Do you feel like you aren't good enough for a partner? Do you feel like you can't find someone who fits your expectations (provided they are within reason)?

As others said, working on self-image issues along with other sexual hang-ups will help. If you do not have a partner try to find one who is good for you and work hard to attract them. You will feel better off for it and more confident and happy with these efforts and what they reap and might no longer need to fap to porn. If you are off of it try to stay that way. If you do have someone during the time you have been having a porn problem there are things between you two that need fixing. Someone is feeling deprived somewhere and needs to talk about it. Porn will only parasitize and take away by driving a wedge between you both. Talk about what is missing and what should change and be honest about it.
