Hello family! I took a suggestion made here and began to do Qigong. I haven't been doing it for long, but it feels good. Except for one thing, immediately after I finish, I'll feel this pain around my knee caps. And in the muscles of my knee's. I think this is the muscles getting stronger, and if it is I will just ignore the pain, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong that could make a lasting Injury.
