Qigong and knee pain

Sam11 min to read

Hello family! I took a suggestion made here and began to do Qigong. I haven't been doing it for long, but it feels good. Except for one thing, immediately after I finish, I'll feel this pain around my knee caps. And in the muscles of my knee's. I think this is the muscles getting stronger, and if it is I will just ignore the pain, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong that could make a lasting Injury. Here is the video I have been using if it helps :http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nZ9qM6G6l6gHAIL SATAN!!!

Don't put too much pressure on your knees. Qi Gong should be a relaxing and empowering experience, not painful.

Something which helped me is the suggestion that rather than rest your weight on your knees, you should be in a relaxed pose which allows the knee joint to 'open' naturally rather than being bent at any particular angle.
